• Plants & Custom Orders: Due to the nature of live plants and custom landscaping, these items are non-refundable unless damaged on delivery.

Return Conditions:

• Items must be unused and in original packaging.

• Proof of purchase is required.

• Refunds: Once your return is approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
